It's all about to kick off
Over the next week or two we will be officially launching the Oi You! event.
There will be stuff about it on the radio, in newspapers, posters will be going up around town and in schools and we’re even going to have some cool stuff plastered all over the outside of the Fresh Choice store in Nelson.
There have also been some developments that’ll affect the artists:
There will now be an auction towards the end of the Arts Festival so there’s money to be made!
The size of the image has been changed to make the finished work scalable from standard A3/A4 etc (we’ve been asked for this for a number of people so apologies if you’ve already started creating) – see Oi You! page for details.
There is also the additional incentive of having your work up on the outside of the Fresh Choice store on either Collingwood or Bridge Street.
